How to Add a Contact Form to Your Site

In this tutorial we're going to walk you through the steps on how to add a contact form to a page on your WordPress site. We'll be using Contact Form 7, a popular contact form plugin integrated into many WordPress themes and has been used by many to build and add contact forms to WordPress sites for many years.

You'll first want to make sure that you have the Contact Form 7 plugin installed. If you do not know how to install a WordPress plugin you'll want to follow this tutorial on how to install a plugin.

How to Add a Contact Form to Your Site Using Contact Form 7 (Video)

Follow these step by step instructions to add a form using Contact Form 7:

Log into your wp-admin yourdomain.com/wp-admin or yourdomain.com/wp-login.php (replace yourdomain.com with your actual domain)
Navigate to Plugins > Add New
Search for Contact Form 7 and click Install then Activate the plugin
Navigate to Contact
Click Edit on the existing form
Copy the shortcode for that contact form
Navigate to Page > Edit
Place the short code onto the page and click Update
