If there is a past due invoice on your account it will be suspended 5 days after the due payment date and terminated (deleted) 15 days after the due payment date.
For example, if your last invoice posted to your account has a due date of January 1st the suspension and termination would look like the following:
- Accountwill be SUSPENDED on January 6th
- Account will be TERMINATED on January 16th
Suspended means that your website(s) will not be accessible online. If you try to access your site it will be redirected to - yourdomain.com/cgi-sys/suspendedpage.cgi - a page that shows your account is suspended.
Termination/terminated means that your hosting account is completely removed (deleted) from our system.
If you do not plan to continue hosting your sites with PeoplesHost you will need to make sure to have a backup of your site(s) files, database(s), and anything else you do not want to lose. Once your account is terminated everything will be permanently deleted from our servers.
