How to Add Google G Suite Records using Plesk DNS Manager

Learn how to set up the Google G Suite records using the Plesk DNS Manager.

After logging into the Plesk control panel navigate to and click Websites & Domains in the side navigation bar.

From there scroll until you find the website that you need to add the G Suite records and click on the Show More button.

You will find there the 'DNS Settings' button, click that to proceed.

Now you should see the existing records and delete these ones: dmarc.example.com, mail.example.com, example.com, wemail.example.com. Select them by clicking the checkbox and then press the 'Remove' button at the top bar.

After you have done that you will need to add the MX records to your domain so that your email directs to the G Suite account. These are the records that you need to add:

From the DNS toolbar click on the 'Add Record' button.

From the record type select MX. Leave the Mail Domain field empty. In the Mail exchange server field, enter ASPMX.L.GOOGLE.COM. The priority of the mail leave it as very high (0). When you are done press the 'OK' button to save the information.

You will have to repeat this last step for the remaining MX server address values from the table above. That's it you are done with adding the Google G Suite Records using the Plesk Manager.
