Rebooting your VPS server from the controller

If your VM is locked up, or under high load and it’s preventing you from doing anything, you can login to the VPS controller and reboot, shutdown, stop, and pause your server.

In the account welcome email that you received when you first signed up for your account, look under the sub-heading “WebsitePanel (VPS Controller) Login Information”. Once logged in, click on the Virtual Private Servers as show below.

Reboot VPS

Finally, select the action you would like to perform on your VPS using the navigation menu on the right.

Reboot VPS

If you have any issues with your VPS server or getting it rebooted, please contact support for further assistance.
