During checkout you will be presented with the option to add a web hosting plant to your order. You do not have to add a hosting plan to your order to register your domain name.
Should you wish to add a hosting plan for your domain name at a later date you can do so through your billing account or submitting a request to support. When you add a hosting plan you'll want to be sure to use the domain name as the primary domain on your account.
Once you have successfully registered your domain you will see that domain name appear in your billing dashboard under Domains > My Domains. In the My Domains area you can edit the following information:
- Manage nameservers
- Edit contact information
- Auto renewal status
- Change the Registrar lock status
