R1Soft Remote Backups for Virtual Private Server (VPS) customers that have opted for this PAID addon during checking our by contacting our sales team can restore files themselves from their control panel.

We backup your VPS server on a daily basis and retain 3 backups (1 daily, 1 weekly, 1 monthly) of your server up to your plan limit of remote backup disk space. R1Soft Remote Backup space is available in the following increments: 30GB, 50GB, or 100GB. You are permitted to stack add-ons for even more space.
