If you are on a Windows hosting plan you can follow these instructions to create an email account inside of your WebsitePanel control panel.

Your Welcome email contains the information to access the WebsitePanel control panel. If you forgot to save that email, you can access it by following these instructions - https://my.peopleshost.com/index.php/knowledgebase/24/Viewing-Email-History-in-your-Billing-Control-Panel.html

Log into WebsitePanel control panel
Click the Mail icon and Accounts link from the sub-menu
Click Create Mail Account
